Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have completed anti-tuberculosis treatment successfully at least 2 months prior to enrollment. 2. Sputum negative prior to enrollment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute respiratory worsening in preceding 4 weeks 2. Unstable cardiac disease such as unstable angina, recent MI, severe HF 3. Severe orthopedic conditions limiting intervention exercises 4. Active malignancy 5. Severe cognitive impairment preventing participation 6. Pregnancy 7. Resting hypoxemia that is SpO2 less than 88% on room air requiring continuous O2 8. Active TB including drug-resistant TB
