Inclusion criteria: A)Patients having classical signs and symptoms of Karshya B)Subjects will be selected without any bias of caste religion or gender etc

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A)Individuals having any systemic disease or history of chronic diseases such as tuberculosis canser and autoimmune disorders which cause weight loss B)Individuals who will not give their consent and are not willing to participate in the study
