Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients willing to participate in study with written informed consent. Classical sign and symptoms of sandhigata vata such as, shoola shotha stambha, sphutana, Prasarana-Akunchana Pravritti Svedana at the janusandhi. Patients with age group 40-60 years Patients with radiological findings of knee osteoarthritis upto grade 2nd. Patients fit for janupichu and janudhara.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients below 40 and above 60 years of age. Patients suffering from uncontrolled hypertension, uncontrolled diabetes etc. Patients suffering from OA grade 3 and 4, carcinoma, psoriatic arthritis, gout, S.L.E, Polymyalgia rheumatica and tuberculosis etc. Patients unfit for janupichu and janudhara. Trauma induce knee osteoarthritis.

The primary outcome of the study will be the change in knee pain intensity, assessed using the WOMAC OA INDEX, to evaluate whether Janupichu with Murchhita Tila Taila provides superior pain relief compared to Janudhara with Murchhita Tila Taila in patients of Sandhigata Vata (knee osteoarthritis).Timepoint: 60 Days	—
