Inclusion criteria: More than 18year old patients after giving informed consent Non-diabetic patients and not on any oral hypoglycemic agents Emergent / planned surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed diabetic patients Minor surgical procedures lasting less than 30mins Pregnant individuals
