Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients clinically diagnosed with sinonasal diseases Patients undergoing CT scan of the paranasal sinuses for diagnostic or preoperative evaluation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of previous endoscopic sinus surgery Patients in pure medical management Patients not consenting for study

The study is expected to demonstrate a high prevalence of anatomical variations of the sphenoid sinus such as internal septum, pheumatisation patterns , lateral and clival recess pneumatization, and variable relationships to critical neurovascular structures in patients with sinonasal disease, as identified on CT imagingTimepoint: Pre opertaive evaluation
