Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient having complaint of Mukhdushika 2.Patient having age between 14 years to 30 years are included irrespective of gender, religion, occupation, socioeconomic status will be selected randomly for the study 3.Patient with known case of PCOS 4.Patient who gave written consent for study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.K/C/O Hypersensitivity skin conditions 2.Patients having known case of pitikas of other Kshudraroga, visarpa, Prameha, shitpitta, Masurika 3.Preganant women 4.Female who are taking OC pills 5.Patient unwilling for treatment 6.Subject having Pitika other than face

1.To evaluate the efficacy of Manjisthadi lepa mixed with multani mati externally and Manjisthadi churna Orally on number of Pitikas,shool ,Paka in Mukhdushika Patient 2.To study the efficacy of Manjisthadi lepa mixed with multani mati externally and Manjisthadi churna Orally in Raktima and Daha in Mukhdushika Patient 3.To observe the outcome of study of Manjisthadi lepa mixed with multani mati externally and Manjisthadi churna Orally on 15 th day and 30 th day with medication and also on 45 th day without medication in Mukhdushika Patient 4. To study in detail causes , signs and symptoms of MukhdushikaTimepoint: 30 days
