Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants will be college-going individuals Participants pre diagnosed by physician with non-specific low back pain having numerical pain rating scale scores ranging from 4 to 6 out of 10. Prolonged sitting hours of more than 6 hours. Positive modified Thomas test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Systemic diseases. Pre-existing musculoskeletal or neurological disorders. Any history of spinal surgery.
