Inclusion criteria: Female between 20 to 45 years willing to participate Female with uterine fibroid upto 5cm Tested negative for TB gold Haemoglobin 8gm per dl

Exclusion criteria: Anatomical defect Thyroid dysfunction asthma systemic disorder DM HTN TB Patient taking antileptics
