Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed cases of Bells palsy within 7 14 days of onset Patients aged 20-60 years First episode of unilateral Bells palsy Both males and females FNGS 2.0 Grade III to V

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recurrent Bells palsy Pregnant and Lactating women Patients diagnosed with a skull tumor UMN Facial palsy Patients not willing to participate Traumatic Brain Injury Any other neurological deficits Patients with Bilateral Facial palsy
