Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient fulfilling the diagnostic criteria of Sthaulya. Age between the age group of18 to 50 years of both the genders will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient who is Asnehya. Patient suffering from severe systemic illness like any cardiac, renal impairment, liver disorders, carcinoma or any other chronic co-morbidities will be excluded. Patient having hypothyroidism. Patients who have taken steroid medicines in last 6 months period. Pregnant women & lactating mothers.

MeasureTime frame
To assess BMI, waist to hip ratio, waist circumferance and lipid profile before and after tila taila pana.Timepoint: before and after assessement of 30 days tila pana.
