Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.women in reproductive group of age 25 years to 55 years 2.Based on Amsel criteria a. Homogenous, thin, grayish white vaginal discharge. b. Strong Fishy odour or musty odour from vagina. c. Itching or Irritation around the vagina. d. Burning sensation during urination. e. Women willing to provide a vaginal swab.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women and Lactating women. 2.Known case of Sexually Transmitted Disease (Syphilis, HIV, Gonorrhoea) 3.Known medical history of Uterine or cervical polyp 4.Known medical history of Uterine prolapse. 5.Known case of Malignancy in Utreus and Ovary.
