Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with Frankl s behaviour scale III and IV. first prmary molars with ICDAS score 0-2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children diagnosed with medical conditions limiting their cognitive development. Patient without parental consent
