Inclusion criteria: Patients of recalcitrant tinea affecting trunk,limbs and face.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient on immunosuppresive drugs,brest feeding,pregnancy,hypertension,diabetes. patient on antifungal treatment ,no nail and hair involvement
