Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed Case Of Sandhigatvata Based On Classical Ayurvedic Signs And Symptoms Sandhishool, Sandhishoth, Stambha, Akunchan Prasaran Vedana 2.Patients With Radiological Findings Of Osteoarthritis Grade 1 And Grade 2 Of Kellgren Lawrence Scale 3.Patients Of Either Sex 4.Patients Yogya For Basti
