Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individual between the ages of 18 to 30 years Regardless of gender Mobile phone addicted (SAS-SV scale) University students

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Psychiatric disorders or active substance abuse Complete hearing or vision impairment Neurological conditions vertigo cervical trauma or fracture congenital deformity or neck injuries
