Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 60 years. Both genders 2. Clinical features of Apana Vayu Dushti (as per classical ayurvedic texts) 3. Diagnosed with Apana Vayu Dushti-janya Vyadhi (as per clinical assessment) 4. Willing to give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe systemic illness (e.g., cancer, cardiac failure, renal failure) 2. Major psychiatric or cognitive disorders 3. Undergoing intensive Panchakarma therapy 4. Unwilling to participate 5. Pregnant women
