Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient between 1 and 5 years of age. Children having significant delay in at least two developmental milestones domains-Gross motor,Fine motor,language,cognition and social personal activities of daily learning.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient below 1 year and above 5 years of age. Patient having Congenital Heart anomalies,Juvenile Diabetes,Cerebral Palsy,Autism,ADHD,Renal disorders

This study will assess the efficacy of Ashtanga Ghrita and Sneha Basti on Global Developmental Delay in Children.Among these two one Ashtanga Ghrita will be given as an oral intervention and Sneha Basti as rectal intervention.Efficacy among these two will be ruled out.Timepoint: 2 Months
