Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: University students Age group between 18 to 25 years Smart phone addiction scale short version score male greater than 31,female greater than 33 Screening time

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of any neuro- psychological disorders Taking any psychoactive medications Sensory or motor impairments Undergoing any another cognitive training programme at the same time Students who are not interested to this study
