Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age greater or equal to 18 years Patients undergoing ERCP with native papilla Ability to provide written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age less than 18 years Prior sphincterotomy or altered anatomy Acute pancreatitis at presentation Chronic pancreatitis with calcification NSAID contraindication Pregnancy or lactation Refusal to consent
