Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients 60 and above 60 years Patients of both sexes Score indicating anxiety on DASS-21 scale from mild to severe (8 to 19 score)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe psychiatric illness like cognitive impairment and dementia Patients on Anti-psychotic anxiolytic medication for more than 1 year
