Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male participants aged 20 to 50 years Individuals diagnosed with erectile dysfunction [ Aharshanam] based on clinical screening and diagnostic criteria . Participants those who are willing to give informed consent to participant in the study and adherence to the intervention protocol will be selected

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with history of chronic disease such as diabetes , severe hypertension , kidney disease, copd, etc. Participant with no significant comorbidities such as cardiovascular disease, neurological disorder or psychiatric condition Patient who have undergone surgeries in the pelvic region or reproductive organs Erectile dysfunction due to nerve damage, Individuals currently on medications that affect sexual function Patient having any sexually transmitted disease Participants unwilling to provide informed consent or comply with the study protocol will be excluded
