Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children aged 2 12 years, Diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder as per DSM-5 criteria, Presence of gastrointestinal symptoms, Written informed consent from parents/guardians

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with comorbid neurological disorders like epilepsy and cerebral palsy, Children with allergic disorders, asthma, or on antihistamines Acute infections, chronic inflammatory or autoimmune diseases Long-term immunomodulatory or anti-inflammatory therapy Inadequate or hemolyzed blood samples
