Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Clinically diagnosed cases of melasma, aged between 20 and 45 years, and not under any concurrent treatment for melasma (allopathic, ayurvedic, or cosmetic).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnant or lactating women; patients with systemic diseases such as thyroid disorders, liver disorders, or polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) contributing to melasma, patients who have received steroid creams, chemical peels, or laser therapy for melasma in the last 3 months.
