Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: I. Patients diagnosed as a case of fistula in ano viz. single tract and low anal fistula II. Both male and female patients III. Age group 20-70 yrs. IV. Fistulous Track around 1 to 6 cm length . this length is neither too small nor too big. More chances of Multiple fistulas if larger length.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with fistula having multiple external openings Or High anal fistula and Crohns disease and Ulcerative colitis and Rectal prolapse and CA of rectum and Viral markers (HIV HbsAg HCV) positive patient and Patients having other concurrent diseases of ano rectum like hemorrhoid fissure etc.
