Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having katigraha (restriction of movement), katishoola (low back pain), sparshasahtva (tenderness)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: known case of : vatarakta (Gout), aamvata (Rheumatoid Arthritis), spinal fractures, neoplasm, history of trauma, skin allergy and open wound
