Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients of age 18 to 60 years. 2. Patient complaining of cardinal signs and symptoms of Grahani Roga 3. Patients irrespective of gender, religion & socio-economic status will be selected. 4. Patients Willing to participate and ready to give informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients below 18 years and above 60 yr of age. 2. Patients with Congenital anomalies of gastrointestinal tract. 3.Patients of Grahani Roga with chronic kidney disease , malignancies and tuberculosis. 4. ANC and PNC Women . 5. Non Co- operative Patient.
