Intervention1: Group A CES on Ear lobe : CES treatment is given on participant on earlobe point for 30min 4days daily for 4weeks Intervention2: Group B CES on Tragus: CES treatment is given on tragus

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The eligible participants will be women aged 45 to 65year who experienced menopausal symptoms for at least 1year had no menstrual cycle for more than 1year Women have insomnia cutoff score more than 5 on PSQI

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women with uncontrolled comorbidities Having received hormonal therapy within the past 6 months Diagnosed with endometrial or ovarian cancer myocardial infarction angina pectoris cerebrovascular event stroke and acute illness Having a history of intolerance or allergic reaction to the study drugs
