Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: EXPERIENCE : 18 - 35 years WEIGHT CATEGORIES : for males: 60-70 KGS, 70-80 KGS, 80-90 KGS. for females : 60-70 KGS, 70-80 KGS, 80-90 KGS. No musculoskeletal conditions No neurological conditions No history of surgeries in past 12 months Able to give commitment for 8 weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: EXPERIENCE : less than 2 years Age Less than 18 years and More than 35 years Any musculoskeletal injuries Any neurological conditions Any surgeries of Spine , Hip and Knee Unable to give commitment
