Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients already diagnosed with chronic liver disease having a bad prognosis those who are having model for end stage liver disease MELD score greater than 20 2 Individuals of either sex aged between 25 to 60 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Individuals with a history of fracture of a long bone. 2 Individuals who have undergone amputation of a limb. 3 Individuals with a deformity in the vertebral column. 4 Individual with congenital and acquired abnormalities of upper and lower limb.

| The proposed research will help us to develop a prognostic tool i.e. the Vishama Ayama Vistara as an early indicator of bad prognosis of the CLD.
