Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: University students Age group between 18 to 25 of both the genders Sleep quality greater than or equal to 11on PSQI Scale Anxiety level greater than or equal to 10 on BAI Scale

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: University students with hearing loss or vestibular/ balance disorder Visual impairments that could not be corrected with glasses Metabolic, neurological or psychiatric diseases Sleep apnea Any Musculoskeletal disorders of lower limb affecting the balance Subjects who are not willing to participate in the study
