Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient given written and informed consent american society of anesthesiologist (ASA) physical status 1 or 2 of either gender age group of of 18-65 years of age BMI up to 30

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with history of sore throat or upper respiratory tract infection Patients with history of allergy to ropivacaine or ketamine Patients with an anticipated difficult airway Pregnancy
