Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Abdominal Usg findings suggestive of hepatic steatosis and atleat one of the cardiometabolic risk factors,Body Mass Index(BMI) More than or equal to 23kg/m^2, type 2 diabetes or prediabetes, hypertension , dyslipidemia. Patients with symptoms of fatigue, nausea , belching, itching, abdominal pain, heaviness ,distension and burning sensation in abdomen and constipation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Viral hepatitis. Hepatocellular carcinoma. Pregnancy and lactating woman. Pateints on hepatotoxic drug. alcoholic liver disease.

The Study is Expected to Identify Medovaha sroto dushti as one of the causes of Metabolic Dysfunction-Associated Steatotic liver Disease. A Developed questionnaire for AssesSMENT OF Medovaha srotas dushti hetu.by identifying specific etiological factors associated with MASLD in context of Medovaha Srotas Dushti , appropriate preventive measures and dietary modifications can be recommended, helping to prevent disease progression of steatotic/fatty liver.Timepoint: At baseline
