Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged between 40-70 years. Patients with Heart Failure NYHA CLASS I II III Patients with undergoing PTCA. Patients with stable condition

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with Severe heart failure NYHA CLASS IV. Patients with Neurological disorder. eg. Dementia,Ataxia Patients with Renal and liver disorders. eg. Kidney Failure,Liver Cirrhosis Patients with Gasrtointestinal and Endocrinal disorders (eg. GERD,Hyperthyroidism) Patients with Orthopedic and Oncological disorder. (Frozen shoulder,Carcinoma) Patients with new or Suspected thromboembolic event.
