Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: HAM-A Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale score between moderate to severe. Willing to give informed consent and commit to 8 weeks of Yoga intervention.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Currently undergoing psychiatric treatment or on anti-anxiety medications. Known Patients of endocrine disorders or major systemic illness. Pregnant women.
