Health Condition 1: G542- Cervical root disorders, not elsewhere classified

Interventions

Intervention1: Experimental group: PNF using Hold Relax technique, which involves resisted isometric contraction of the shortened muscles followed by relaxation. This will be followed by relaxation .

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age of 35-50 y Both male and females Duration of pain more than 3 months VAS score between 5-8cm NDI score more than 10 points on 0-50 scales Symptoms positive cervical radiculopathy Patient with spurling and manual distraction test positive

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: General neck pain without a specific cause cervical fracture due to trauma Recent neck surgery Cervical spine instability Spinal cord compression Spinal tumour Mental health condition Not willing to participate
