Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.B.Sc. Anaesthesia Technology students willing to participate in interviews and competency mapping activities. 2.Faculties involved in teaching anaesthesia technology are willing to provide interviews, expert input for competency identification and EPA framework development. 3.Currently working anaesthesia technologists and trained anaesthesiologists willing to participate in interviews, expert consultations, and EPA framework development.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Students or professionals not belonging to anaesthesia technology, those unwilling to provide informed consent. 2. Those unable to participate in interviews or educational discussions related to the study objectives.
