Inclusion criteria: Participants with mild or no cognitive impairment. Ability to follow instructions. Willingness to participate and provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Neurological disorders. Psychiatric illness. Musculoskeletal conditions. Uncorrected visual or hearing impairments. Severe cognitive impairments. Participation in other trials.
