Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals with the age range of 25 to 60 years both male and female. Individuals despite of other lifestyle disorders like diabetes, hypertension, and obesity. Individuals with mild to moderate levels of physical activity on IPAQ. Those who can walk without support.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any recent surgery in past 6 months which can hamper the test protocols Individuals using assistive devices while walking Pre-diagnosed neurological/psychological conditions Not willing to participate
