Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient aged 50 years and above diagnosed with BPE with appropriate indication for TURP. Patients willing to provide informed consent and complete follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Prostate Cancer. Previous Prostate Surgery. Cognitive impairment preventing questionnaire completion.

MeasureTime frame
To assess and compare the degree of decision regret in patients undergoing early TURP versus delayed TURP.Timepoint: 1month, 3months, 6months post TURP.

1. To assess potential cost implications in early vs delayed TURP. 2. To identify factors contributing to higher decision regret. 3.
