Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient aged 50 years and above diagnosed with BPE with appropriate indication for TURP. Patients willing to provide informed consent and complete follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Prostate Cancer. Previous Prostate Surgery. Cognitive impairment preventing questionnaire completion.
