Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Unmarried female patients of age 18 to 30 years who will give informed consent Patients suffering from primary dysmenorrhea with scanty or average amount of menstrual flow in regular menstrual cycle Patient suffering from kashtartava for more than two consecutive cycles
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient who will not give informed consent. Female patient who is married and who is below 18 and above 30 years of age Patients with any identifiable pelvic pathology like fibroid adenomyosis endometriosis Patients with systematic illness like TB HTN DM.
