Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Full time office employees with sitting time not less than 6 hours in a day. 2.Participants who had no history of musculoskeletal injuries in the six months preceding the study. 3.Males and females of age 25 years to 60 years [14]

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of recent cardiovascular problems, neurological issues, spinal deformities. 2.Pregnancy. 3.Any kind of lower limb surgical procedures. 4.Involved in professional sports training and athletics.
