Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Clinical features of Avabahuk 2 Age between 18 to 60 years 3 Confirmatory signs and symptoms of shoulder joint involvement 4 Patient fit for Nasya Karma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 History of fracture or dislocation in the shoulder 2 Patients who received corticosteroids or psychotropic drugs in the last 6 months 3 Pregnant and lactating women 4 Patients with comorbidities such as diabetes hyper or hypothyroidism cardiovascular diseases tuberculosis and Parkinsons disease 5 Patient unfit for Nasya Karma

To observe any adverse effects or complications arising from either treatment approach during the study period.Timepoint: Baseline and day 15	—
