Intervention1: Dry Needling Therapy and Conventional physiotherapy: Core Strengthening exercises of low back pain at the rate of 5session a week for 6week and dry needling therapy two times each week

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 3-12 months postpartum chronic LBP after giving birth no prior Dry needling treatment informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: gynecological issues (such as uterine prolapse, rectovaginal fistula, or persistent pelvic pain). neurological issues (including lumbar disc herniation, lumbar spondylosis, spondylitis, or spondylolisthesis). leukemia and tumors (either spinal or pelvic). diabetes mellitus. high blood pressure, cardiovascular issues. kidney problems. any mental health conditions. burns and dermatological issues.
