Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Spondylosis changes in X Ray lumbar spine ODI score between 20to 60 percent moderate to severe disability Diagnosed clinically and radiologically with lumbar spondylosis Male participants aged 45to60years People who are taking treatment for other comorbidities Days of pain in past three months with VAS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known cases of spinal fractures malignancy or inflammatory arthritis Participants on longterm corticosteroids or with recent spine surgery Any comorbid condition that may interfere with assessment eg psychiatric illness
