Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Professional Badminton players having single or frequent ankle sprains, aged 18 to 25, a sense of give-away of the ankle, and an identification of FAI score of greater than 11.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects having an injury to the lower extremity or spine in the past six months, congenital deformities of the lower extremity or spine, surgical history in the previous six months, history of cardiovascular or neurological conditions, individuals with kinesiophobia
