Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patient fulfilling diagnostic criteria 2 Age group 18 to 60 years irrespective of their caste race sex etc

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 History of COPD diabetes hypertension hypothyroidism 2 Major illnesses like tuberculosis pneumonia 3 Pregnant or lactating women 4 Immunocompromised individuals like AIDS and cancer 5 Subjects on other medications for Kasa or systemic disorders
