Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Patient having classical signs and symptoms of Vatkaphaj Grudhrasi. 2)Patient above 30 years to below 70 years irrespective of any gender, caste and religion. 3)S.L.R. Test positive Above 300 4)Sciatic notch tenderness. 5)Patient belonging to any socioeconomic class. 6)Patient willing and able to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patient not willing to participate in the trial. 2)Patient below the age 30 years and above 70 years. 3)Patient with history of any direct or indirect trauma to spine. 4)Patient having 3rd and 4th degree disc prolapse and severe lumbar canal stenosis. 5)Patient with other systemic disorders like CA Spine, Potts Spine, Bone cancer, Fracture, Dislocation of hip joint. 6)Patient with Spinal tumour, malignant disease in the pelvis and tuberculosis of the vertebral bodies. 7)Pregnant ladies , lactating mother and children. 8)Severe Alcoholic patient.
