Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects of any gender within the age of 18-40 years. 2. Subjects fulfilling the diagnostic criteria (Zulewski s clinical scoring more than or equal to 5 and TSH value between 4.5- 30mIU/L ) 3. Subjects of known cases of Hypothyroidism and under medication. 4. Subjects who are ready to give written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals diagnosed with Toxic Goiter or Myxedema. 2. Women who are Pregnant or breastfeeding. 3. Participants with Congenital Anomalies or Mental health disorders. 4. Patients with Chronic Systemic illnesses require long-term treatment. 5. Any other condition that the investigator believes may compromise participant safety or interfere with the study outcomes.
