Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Experiencing baseline sleep issues, with a PSQI score greater than 5 Currently enrolled as full-time students at swami vivekananda subharti university No known allergy to chamomile Willing to provide written informed consent, confirming understanding of the study s purpose, procedures, risks, and benefits

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Sleep conditions such as sleep apnea, narcolepsy, or insomnia Current Psychiatric Conditions Consumption of sleep medication Prior alcohol or drug abuse Inconsistent sleep pattern Prolonged medical condition On any regular medication Severe caffeine consumption
