Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male and Female,Minimum 1 Year of work experience.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Histrory of fracture and soft tissue repair in last 1 year. obese BMI 25 kg/m or higher.(ASIA pacific) Personnel with pre-existing musculoskeletal disorders. Personnel with chronic medical conditions [e.g. Rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis]
